Home ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation develops entrepreneurship and skills training program for the grassroots to middle management levels through its institutional partners such as banks, MFIs, private corporations and schools. In line with the thrust to democratize education, ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation has established Bayan Academy as the learning hub of the organization. The Academy serves as Bayan's in-house training center for the various skills and training courses for microfinance and social development institutions. To render microfinance as a more effective tool for poverty alleviation, ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation undertakes its social and enterprise development, for its clients nationwide. ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation spearheads integrated community rehabilitation and development by providing shelter, water, nutrition, education and livelihood programs in the Pacific Rim region. A. Conference Rooms (3)

Conference Room 1: Fully equipped training room that can accommodate 50 participants.

Conference Room 2: Fully equipped training room that can accommodate 30 participants.

Conference Room 3: Fully equipped training room that can accommodate 20 participants.

B. Discussion Room

Discussion room that can accommodate 12-15 persons will serve as a place for learning team discussions of training participants.

C. Canteen and Culinary Training Rooms

A specialized room for culinary arts-based livelihood training programs and a canteen will cater to Bayan clients who are into the food business and would want to upgrade and learn more culinary arts skills. Safety standards are considered in the design to comply with government standards and regulations.

D. Learning Resource Center (Library)

The Learning Resource Center contains an electronic library which stores all learning materials of Bayan’s BEST, GREAT and HRD training programs. The possibility of selling learning materials for the participants and an ABS-CBN Studio Shop (ABS-CBN Network souvenir items) is being explored.
