Grassroots Entrepreneurship and Management
Also known as Entrep-Eskwela
Consisting of twenty (20) stand-alone modules, the Entrep-Eskwela is a complete course on entrepreneurship covering three major areas of: Self-Mastery, Enterprise Mastery and Situation Mastery. Designed exclusively for micro-entrepreneurs and adult learners, the modules make use of highly interactive and visually appealing learning tools and materials. The micro-entrepreneur has the option to complete the whole course or take up selected modules only.
COURSE DURATION: 20 days (each modules can be delivered separately)
IMPLEMENTATION ARRANGEMENT: The implementation may be customized depending on the needs or desired outputs of the sponsoring agency.

Livelihood and Skills Training
Bayan encourages the creation of micro-enterprises through livelihood and skills education. By partnering with private corporations and funding institutions, Bayan develops training and capability building programs to help communities venture into small businesses and augment household incomes.
COURSE DURATION: 1-2 Days (can be on per agreement basis)
IMPLEMENTATION ARRANGEMENT: can be scheduled according to the preference of the funding agency and/or the beneficiaries. It can be implemented for 20 days, 5-days or 2 days. Other implementation arrangements can be customized. |

Commercial Cooking Certificate Course
TESDA Registered Certificate Course
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of kitchen staff on food preparation and develop their competencies such as clean kitchen areas; cook hot and cold meals; and prepare portion and plate meat or food to guests in hotels, restaurants, clubs, canteen, resorts and luxury cruises.
COURSE DURATION:
436 hours (to be delivered on a staggered basis: 2 days or 16 hours per week). |

The Philippine Culinary Entreprneurship for the Grassroots (PCEG)
A 2-day customized culinary arts course for the grassroots focusing on the fundamentals of setting up small scale food businesses. The entrepreneurship component of the course will enable the participants to manage their business effectively while the hands-on
component will enhance their cooking skills to deliver better quality food products and services.
Each course is customized per community based on environmental scanning and needs assessment. The recipes chosen for each course are current trends of Food SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the community.
The PCEG courses are offered through the Entrep-Bus, a fully equipped culinary training facility on wheels capable of bringing the courses to the community.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Culinary Short Courses are one-to-two-day courses covering special topics in commercial cooking. All the short courses include an entrepreneurial component. These courses are open to those who are interested in the culinary arts especially those who wish to engage in a small food enterprise. These short courses are offered at the fully equipped culinary training facility of Bayan Academy .
